Surviving a Tough Culture

Some workplaces really are brutal.

Toxic bosses. Cut-throat peers. No praise.

But sometimes, it’s not the culture.

It’s where you are standing inside it.

You can’t win the game if you’re guessing the rules.

Here’s something worth reflecting on:

  • What exactly makes your workplace feel so tough?
  • Why might others see it differently?
  • What impact is this having—on your confidence, energy, exposure?
  • Now, what are you going to do about it?

Change only begins when you make a firm decision.

Doing nothing and expecting different results is madness.

The choice is yours.

Remember—your potential is already there.

You’ve just got to release it.
